complete suspension kit
The parts are all well made and delivered quickly. I had a question about a ball joint shaped differently than the original part. Tried several times over a two day period to reach a tech on the phone. The lines are always busy and the voice mail is always full and won't accept any messages. Tried emailing twice, no response. Customer service is truly lacking.

57 t-bird front suspension kit
All the parts look great. The end of the box had a big tear in it, but nothing was missing.

The parts seem to be of good quality, but the bolt holes in the upper
The parts seem to be of good quality, but the bolt holes in the upper ball joint did not line up properly. After being drilled out, every thing worked out fine.

Arrived Early
Rate as 4, since I haven't installed items yet. Price was better than certain T-Bird specialty shops. Arrived few days ahead of schedule. Appears to have all necessary cotter pins, zerg fittings and nuts for installation. Depending on how installation goes later this month, would raise or lower rating.
