Please note that we do NOT accept cash, personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. In this day and age, we can make no exceptions on that rule -- sorry!
www.a-resto-parts.com ships to all 50 states in the U.S.A. We do sell to international buyers with PayPal accounts and authorized CCs by our Payment Gateway. For international shipments we can ship to any address in the U.S.A. and then you will need to use a forwarder to ship it to you internationally. We also ship through the eBay International Shipping Program, so if you need the equivalent listing on eBay, please let us know and we will send you the link.
We ship all orders within 24 hours -- we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 noon Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with tracking and are insured in case of loss.
Unfortunately, we know that some previous vehicle owners have substituted or changed suspension parts for whatever reason and www.a-resto-parts.com will not be held responsible if you have anything other than the factory issued steering or suspension components in your vehicle. If your vehicle has been modified, we will do our best to help you get the correct fitting parts. We do not feel that we should have to pay for additional costs and shipping charges involved when trying to get parts for you that are not original. In any case, parts that were shipped to you by us must be returned at your cost before we will reship substitute parts and must be returned unused and undamaged and in the original package. Any returns must be preauthorized by www.a-resto-parts.com. Additional charges for the substitute parts may apply if the price is greater than what was originally shipped. In any instance no returns will be accepted after 30 (thirty) days from Date of Order. There will be a 20% Restocking Charge on any returns or refused shipments. We do not accept partial returns. We do not refund shipping charges for any order.
