We were pleased with both the quality and pricing. The item arrived as expected. My only constructive criticism is that contacting customer service seems a bit shifty. When you attempt to call for help you are routed to a "Goggle Talk" number, which makes it seems as if you are dealing with a shady operation. I emailed and never received a response. I paid for expedited shipping and although it arrived on time, there was never a tracking number listed on the order leaving me to wonder if I was actually getting my part or if I had been scammed. You have a beautiful website and fair pricing, but the customer service is going to need some work if I am going to become a return customer.
