Shipping & Returns

www.a-resto-parts.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal.  Orders paid for by Credit Card or PayPal normally ship within 48 hours.

Please note that we do NOT accept cash, personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks, or money orders.  In this day and age, we can make no exceptions on that rule -- sorry!

www.a-resto-parts.com ships only within the 50 states in the U.S.A. We do sell to international buyers with PayPal accounts, however,  we will only ship to an address in the U.S.A. so you will need to have a contact here in the U.S. who can forward it to you.

We try to ship all orders within 48 hours -- we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped complete only - no back-orders! Special Orders must be prepaid and are not cancellable.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground with tracking and are insured in case of loss. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via the U.S. Postal Service.

Unfortunately, we know that some previous vehicle owners have substituted or changed suspension parts for whatever reason and www.a-resto-parts.com will not be held responsible if you have anything other than the factory issued steering or suspension components in your vehicle. If your vehicle has been modified, we will do our best to help you get the correct fitting parts. We do not feel that we should have to pay for additional costs and shipping charges involved when trying to get parts for you that are not original. In any case, parts that were shipped to you by us must be returned at your cost before we will reship substitute parts and must be returned unused and undamaged and in the original package. Any returns must be preauthorized by www.a-resto-parts.com. Additional charges for the substitute parts may apply if the price is greater than what was originally shipped.  In any instance no returns will be accepted after 30 (thirty) days from Date of Order.  There will be a 20% Restocking Charge on any returns or refused shipments. We do not accept partial returns. We do not refund shipping charges for any order.
